[Winpcap-users] spoofed mac address

I send udp packets with spoofed source mac address. i see them in wireshark,
but another pc connected via wifi - doesn't receive them. when i change
spoofed mac to the real one - its all work, receiver's side see my udp
packets.
is it winpcap limitation or limitation of wifi card's driver ?

win7 with turned off firewall.
