I am not aware that winpcap/libpcap is supported under MSDOS so I don't know
what to make of the ifdef.  sourceforge.net/projects/libpcap says a POSIX
compliant OS is a requirement.  I am still interested in knowing if there is
any way to recover these counters, even if it means running some MSDOS
variant, or are the pcap_stat_ex struct counters completely unsupported.
