[Winpcap-users] Sending 802.11 Management/Dataframes

Good Day, I am fairly new to Winpcap.  Is it possible to send
data/managment frames using Winpcap or libpcap in a fairly generic
manner?  I would like to use the library to be able to send any type of
identification frame from a Computer X and be able to sniff it from
Computer Y.  Computer Y is not part of Computer X's network.
