[Winpcap-users] Windows 10

Hi

I just bought a new computer with windows 10
I am having problems with winpcap 4.1.3 

I have code that worked under Windows 8

I have a couple of questions I know winpcap
Consists of exe rpcapd 

There are also DLL's 

Can I run the exe rpcapd in compatibility mode
and are wincap DLLs system DLLs or address space DLLs what I am trying to ask if I run rpcapd 
In compatibility mode I.E windows 8 mode 
Would the DLLs run in windows 8 mode as well
