[Winpcap-users] New part for WinPCap developed - where can I submit it?

Hi WinPCap Team,

I developed an interface to WinPCap for a new device called netANALYZER.

Where can I upload it to WinPCap? Is there a svn server where I can
commit it or should I send it via email?

I found nothing to this topic at winpcap.org/devel.
