[Winpcap-users] A promble occured ,can you help me

Hello,I'M From China ,when  i used winpcap ,an error occurred while installing the npf dirver(0x00000430).
My operation is windows server 2008 r2 standard 64bit,and  I turned off the firewall, no antivirus software.can you help me to solute it?
