Hmm, from what I can see the WinPCAP stand-alone installer has both versions of the drivers and should work on either 32 or 64-bit platforms. Another possibility is UAC; if you have it on, try turning it off and re-installing WinPCAP and Wireshark with full admin privileges.

I have installed Wire shark  1.6.5  and Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable x86  as a prerequisite and installed WinPCAP 4.1.2 , but I get the below errors :
