Jay,

Firstly, reboot your computer. Then, run Device Manager, enable "Show
Hidden Devices" by click on View -> Show Hidden Devices, Then, in
"Non-Plug and Play Drivers", look for "NetGroup Packet Filter Driver",
see whether it is there or not.
