[Winpcap-users] Multicast packets with TTL=0 reception problem under Windows Seven

Just to confirm that it doesn't come from our (receiving) code (from
our sending code maybe ?):
even the WinPCap 4.1.2 "UDPDump" provided example fails to retrieve
these packets.
