[Winpcap-users] error on installation

It looks more like a problem with firefox. Have you tried downloading the installer on the desktop and running it by double clicking on the setup file on the desktop?

I am using XP and running as administrator but I cannot install the tools (attached screenshot): 
     
      Get Windows Live Mail to create your own photo e-mails
