Remote capture support is built-in and can't be switched on/off. (use
./configure is sufficient)

If you don't switch on support for szedata2, no aditional code will be
compiled in.
(btw. szedata2 support is similar as DAG or MYRINET hw support and we don't
have any problems with stability).
