[Winpcap-users] Does Winpcap support multiple instances?

WinPcap on XP/Vista/2000/... supports multiple instances from the same device or from different devices.

WinPcap on WinCE is definitely old. It doesn't support more than 1 instance at a time, and it doesn't ship with pcap API.

  Could somebody confirm if winpcap support multiple instances on WinCE or Windows XP/Vista (big windows)? Is WinCE different from Win XP/Vista and if so, how is it different? We have two clients using winpcap to receive and send packets. Both clients need to receive the same frame via winpcap (probably at the same time) sent up by the driver?
