Does your problem have anything to do with the original thread?

Regarding your issue, do you have a problem transmitting the packets or receiving them?

  My p2p fail to communicate when the transmiter runs under some Windows Vista(just in one environment, in another Vista machine it works fine). In the WireShark I see that all the packets appear with CheckSum error with the folowing hint:
  UDP Checksum Offload
  When I disable the checksum option in the network card the errors persists and so does the indication in the pakets.
  I guise that the error source is different but can't figure it out.
  Can someone advise please?
