[Winpcap-users] Bandwidth Meter with Winpcap!

First of all, I want to greet you all.

        I'd like to use my NIC in promiscuos mode and mesure the upload
bandwidth used by a determined host (filtering them by the source IP address
of the packet) and at the same time the download bandwidth used by the same
host (it's clear that I want two different "counters"). The problem is I
can't figure out how to do it by using Winpcap.
        At first I thought that I could use the statistic mode but I'm not
sure because I had to create two instances of a device (one for filter the
upload traffic and another to filter the download traffic) so as to mesure
them separately.

Could you help me by giving me some idea of what I've to look for?
