[Winpcap-users] Hello

Hello!

I have a tool called 'Free IP Tools' which can handle TCP Raw sockets and le
me see see what I'm receiving with a specified port. I'm actually sending
data to it from a remote device. but now I want to create my own server to
recive that data. I know WinPCap is actually capturing the connection rest
commands from the remote device, but the remote device receives an 'remote
host has rejected the connection'... which is expecetd because I have not
opened any , i'm just monitoring my network... but... can I use WinPCap to
implement my TCPRawSocket server... how?
