[Winpcap-users] Uninstall

Hi,

Both install and uninstall is a little mystery but installing seems to work fine by only copy the driver to the system driver folder and the dlls to the application folder (or system32 folder). Uninstalling is however not a matter of removing the files as the service will be installed by the CreateService call. I'm not asking for you to release the installer script since I know the reasons why it is closed source but I need a safe way for us to remove it. Is it a good enough solution to stop the driver and then delete it using the Windows Service API and then remove the files?
