[Winpcap-users] follow up on pcap_findalldevs high cpu usage

Does it happen on all the OSes or just Windows 2000?

  The problem seems to happens when there are extra enabled, but unused (no network plugged in) NIC's. After disabling the 2 unused NIC's in windows device manager, dumpcap prints the (shorter) list much quicker, with no high cpu utilization.  

  Note that this is still a problem, since we can't disable NIC's on customer machines..
