[Winpcap-users] Why does WinPCap misses the netmonitor under Vista?

Hi,

I'd like to ask, why winpcap does not support the netmonitor under vista?
I tried to use the netmonitor executables (V3.2) and they just worked 
fine. But using windump or wireshark, there seems no "generic dialup 
adapter" available.

I hope somebody can give me a clue whats missing here and if somebody 
might be able to speed up development (if something is missing)
