[Winpcap-users] missing two functions of PacketCE

Victor,

as written on the WinPcap website, the PacketCE version of WinPcap was not developed by the WinPcap team, and it's not maintained. I think there is someone here on the mailing list that worked on the PacketCE port, but I dont remember his name on top of my head.

Regarding the specific functions, I think they are not exported by packet.dll for CE because the corresponding code for the statistics has not been implemented in the CE driver itself (same for the capture vs statistics mode).
