[Winpcap-users] How to use WinPcap CE on smartphone ?

Hello Everyone, 
 
Currently, I am working on a small project to capture 802.11 frame over a smartphone. I tried to use Winpcap CE to capture the data frames as my first step. 
However, I was be able to compile it, but I don't know how to install it. I am new to CE development. 
 
Any suggestion would be helpful to me.
