[Winpcap-users] Problem with pcap_findalldevs using WinPcap 3.1

I've created an application that sends/receives packets only with MAC header.The strangest think happened when testing it on another PC. Although on my PC pcap_findalldevs returns the correct number of adapters, on the other PC it returns only the generic dial-up adapter. I've installed also Ethereal and even it cannot detect the installed adapters from the second PC. The strange thing is that ipconfig sees all adapters and even connecting to the Internet is possible on an adapter that WinPcap does not show - theoretically an inexistent adaptor.
 
Any ideas?
