[Winpcap-users] missing device

Hello, I'm doing a application with winpcap, and three days ago, any problem... but, I don't know.. now when I want to obtain devices, before it's appear two devices, one local host, and another ethernet, but now... the ethernet device is missing?? 
 
I don't know why, someone can help me please?
