That won't make any difference:

	1) his problem isn't with Ethereal, it's with his apps - he doesn't  
want *not* to see the packets in Ethereal/Wireshark, he wants to see  
them in his app;

	2) he sees it with WinDump as well, so this is an issue with the  
network plumbing below userland, so it's irrelevant which app he uses.
