[Winpcap-users] It took 27 seconds to call pcap_open_live. Is it

Finally I found it may be caused by virus. Our machine is infected by a
virus which sends lots of ICMP packets, so it's quite slow. After
cleaning the virus it only takes 3 seconds to open winpcap and finish
802.1x authentication.
