[Winpcap-users] Windows networking becomes disabled when colinuxruns

WinPcap over virtual adapters and sometimes over intermediate drivers. 
Regarding the virtual adapters, some other people have reported a similar 
problem on the driver development newsgroups, and noone has been able to 
explain why this happens.

Strictly speaking, there's no solution to the problem at the moment.
