[Winpcap-users] WinPCAP Uninstall problem

I tried to uninstall WinPcap when uninstalling Ethereal, and encountered
some problems. Now when I try to re-install WinPcap, it fails saying it
is already installed, but WinPcap does not show up in my Add/Remove
Programs under Control panels. I need to understand how to manually
remove WinPcap so I can start the installation over clean.
