[Winpcap-users] multi-NICs with the same name in Win98

I also had that problem years ago with Win9x, and there's no fast way to 
know it. It was a pain as several of my customers bought identical cards.
If I remember correctly, Winpcap will open the first adapter with that name 
it finds while browsing the registry, so if u want to force it to open a 
specific adapter, u have to uninstall both cards and insert the cards in an 
order so that the one u want comes first in the registry (there r registry 
indexes for the adapters, like 0001,0002, etc) U can probably also mangle 
with the registry but I didnt do that.
