Hi,
you can try this: http://www.jetico.com/index.htm#/jpfirewall.htm.
They say "2. v.1.0.0.39 (beta), 26th February, 2004... JP Firewall now
compatible with WinPCap software (and also utilities that use WinPCap
modules)."
