[Winpcap-users] WinPCAP OEM version

Hi Winpcap team

A few months ago, you were talking about a OEM version of winpcap that would 
be released shortly. One you could get a licence for and distribute with 
your application, so you wouldnt need to install the kernel packet driver, 
like leaving no footprints on the host machine.

I can't say I've heard anything since then, and was just wondering how the 
project is going.
