[Winpcap-users] Outcoming or incoming flag..

We discussed about this issue a while ago in the mailing list (the 
thread starts at 
http://www.winpcap.org/pipermail/winpcap-users/2006-February/000680.html).

Essentially, this is not supported by WinPcap because we don't know any 
standard way to get this information from NDIS.
