[Winpcap-users] Administrator privileges in order to use winpcap?

Hi im developing an application which uses winpcap,(to be more precise it is
using the packet.dll API) and which is intented
to be useful to explain in a class some topics about networking.
The problem is that i would like not to have the need of having admin
privileges in order to use my application.(We cant give admin privileges to
the alumns in the computers we have)
Is there any way to develop my application in such a way it can be used
without admin privileges?
