[Winpcap-users] winpcap release 3.1 problem

Hello,

I have exactly the same problem as described here:
http://www.winpcap.org/pipermail/winpcap-users/2005-September/000319.html

The driver always works from the second time after reboot. With the beta
version it worked fine.

Has anyone found a quick solution to this?
