[Winpcap-users] Adapting WinPcap’s functionality for connecting to Wi-Fi access points (APs).

The WinPcap installer already has the dlls and drivers for most of the 
Windows flavors. It detects the OS, copies the right files for your OS 
and starts the driver in the proper way.

Note that the 9x platforms are not supported any more by the WinPcap team.
