Craig,
a DLL should not help at all if we don't understand what is the problem
(it's a problem with some include files, it should have nothing to do with
DLLs vs. EXE projects).
Another suggestion: please check that in the preprocessor definitions, WIN32
is defined.
If this doesn't help, can you please send a zip containing a small VC2003
project showing the problem?
