[Winpcap-users] Network driver and WinPCap

Hi All,
 
I using winpcap v3.1 to implement my application on window2000. In general
case, i can tx/rx packet by winpcap,  at this time, change PC network driver config such
as auto to 100half, after that application can't tx/rx by winpcap. Is winpcap 's limitation?? Have
any solution for it ??
