[Winpcap-users] problem with VS2005

Hi All

I just installed visual studio 2005 , and being new to winpcap , I tried
running the basic_dump example.
It seems like I am getting an error when the localtime() functions is
called.

I attached an image of the run time error I get.

Can any one help me with this?
