[Winpcap-users] sniffing in a specific time interval

[easy id]

hi all
I want to make it sniff only in a specific time interval. e.g to sniff only 100 msec
 
packet.dll has this feature (is it right??) but I cant use it as it has no filter compiler and i cant compile it myself. i need filter .........so using wpcap how can i do that?
