[Winpcap-users] associated, but not connected

Hello,

Sorry if this is trivial, but I tried to google it up and failed.

I need to check if my network device is connected. I use wireless cards 
and it is very possible for device to be associated (by OID_802_11_SSID) 
but not connected (windows says that the connection is limited or there is 
no connection at all). So windows knows it somehow - how can I know it 
too?
