[Winpcap-users] Windows x64 port

Helo,

As was already said, the port of Winpcap to Window x64 needed 1. the driver 
port and 2. the library port.

The most important is the driver port, the library can wait. It turns out 
the driver needed just a few changes. I have made those changes in a "works 
for me" basis.

For those of you who just can't wait to get Winpcap working on x64, you can 
get the diff to the driver source code and the driver in
