[Winpcap-users] Any change to Licensing with move to Open Source for WinPCap?

With the move to open source, winpcap.org, and away from Politecnico di
Torino, will the licensing and/or copyright statement for WinPcap be
changing? 

Also, I notice that the license shown at winpcap.org/misc/copyright.htm
is not updated to include (c) 2005.  Is this perhaps pending the full
release of WinPcap 3.1?
