[Winpcap-users] a tiny question for guys from Politecnico di Torino

Hi, everybody!

May I ask you a strange question? :-)
I don't know if it's a tradition in Italy,
but we (I am from Ukraine) call higher educational
establishemnts either universities or institutes.
So I wonder what Politecnico di Torino whould be,
if had to be called that way?
That interests me because of the links that I am to make
in my graduational thesis.

And there's one more thing even less important than previous -
why doesn't MS Research support winpcap this year?
