[Winpcap-users] Winpcap 3.1 Release ?

To summarize the response on this relatively frequently asked question
of late:
 
WinPcap 3.1 is ready for release.
It is being held up waiting for an update to libpcap to be released
(sorry I don't remember the version #).
 
As soon as the libpcap update is released, WinPcap 3.1 will go final.
 
So... Guy, any news on the libpcap release date?
