[Winpcap-users] Problems when moving from 3.0 to 3.1

I am using WinPcap in a service under Windows XP.
The Service starts when the system starts.
 
Due to problems with bluetooth adapters I had to switch to from version 3.0 to version 3.1.
With version 3.1 my system takes a lot longer to boot.
 
If I manually start the service after the system is booted the service starts immediately.
 
Has anyone else seen this problem?
