for you I had the same problem. I'll go through the steps that someone
else led me through.

<DIV>Reboot your computer, then run Device Manager. Enable "Show Hidden
Devices" in the "View" menu. Go to "Non-Plug and Play Drivers" and tell me
if "NetGroup Packet Filter Driver" is there or not.</DIV>

search, and i found npf.sys in C:\Windows\System32\drivers all of them had the
same version of 4.0.0.1040</DIV>
