Lucky for you I had the same problem.  I'll go through the steps that someone else led me through.<div><br></div><div>Reboot your computer, then run Device Manager.  Enable "Show Hidden Devices" in the "View" menu.  Go to "Non-Plug and Play Drivers" and tell me if "NetGroup Packet Filter Driver" is there or not.</div>
