Firstly, reboot your computer. Then, run Device Manager, enable "Show<br>
Hidden Devices" by click on View -> Show Hidden Devices, Then, in<br>
"Non-Plug and Play Drivers", look for "NetGroup Packet Filter Driver",<br>
see whether it is there or not.<br>
