<p>Hmmm..Realtek's doc indicates 8168 should support full duplex at 1Gb.</p>
<p>So perhaps your switch doesn't support full duplex at 1Gb.</p>

configure my Ethernet Card in 100Mb/Full-Duplex, there is no problem (I send<br>
an 100Mb flow): it is very strange.<br>
When I am in 1Gb mmode, I can't choose the duplex mode.<br>
=> My Ethernet Card is Realtek RTL8168C : I updated the driver with the last<br>
version<br>

I agree it is likely a hardware problem. It may be an incompatibility<br>
between the NIC and switch's ability to 'auto detect' the Link Speed and<br>
Duplex. You can try to 'hard set' the Link speed to 1Gb and Duplex to Half<br>
and then Duplex to Full and see if this changes your results.<br>
