when using multiple processes</DIV>

<DIV>I have several processes that are running in parallel over the same
interface and all the processes are using winpcap.</DIV>
<DIV>my question is:</DIV>
<DIV>if one process is running in promiscuous mode and the second one
isn't in promiscuous on the same interface, will the interface be in
promiscous or not or that case isn't defined?</DIV>
